Occipitale Alexie
Eine der drei Alexieformen, die auf einer neuroanatomischen Taxonomie der erworbenen Lesestörungen basieren. Auch synonym verwendeter Terminus für reine Alexie. Lesesinnverständnis und lautes Lesen sind nicht möglich, wobei Wörter und Buchstaben betroffen sind. Taktiles und kinästhetisches Lesen sind möglich. Spontanes Schreiben und Schreiben nach Diktat sind möglich. Die Occipitale Alexie wird im splenium des corpus callosum lokalisiert. (Siehe auch Parieto-occipitale Alexie, Frontale Alexie )
